Meet The Team

Growing up on a farm/ranch in northeast Nebraska sparked a love for working with my hands since I was young. This upbringing instilled many skills into my life. We were the mechanics, the construction workers, the welders, the agronomists, the heavy equipment operators, and just about everything else you could imagine.

After graduating with a degree in Agricultural Business, I raised cattle for a few years. With an itch to travel, I found myself falling in love with Colorado, where I spent many years rafting rivers and guiding snowmobile tours. I have spent the past 3 years in steel fabrication, high-end concrete casting, and woodworking. With an ever-growing desire to start my own company and a passion for being creative and artistic, I have decided to dive into the world of entrepreneurship.

If I am not at the shop, you can find me rafting the river, biking the trails, or camping in the backcountry.

I love the process of bringing an idea to reality. Every idea is an adventure of creativity, failure, hard work, and determination that always leads to an opportunity to learn.

A Durango native, I was fortunate to grow up in a community that cherishes adventure. While I often find myself exploring the desert, the mountains, and the rivers, I have also found myself exploring the possibilities of design and fabrication. As a mechanical engineer trained at Colorado School of Mines I approach problem-solving through a creative and realistic perspective. Design iteration is the key to learning the failures within the system. My exploration as a metal, concrete, and wood artisan allows me to consistently refine my techniques and processes so that my work is perfected. It is my ambition to use my skill set to contribute to the Durango community. I am eager and excited to collaborate with local residents, business owners, and contractors.
